Friendship
I wrote this i reply to ady's four liner... but when i read it again i felt warm because of the comfort it gave me...i thought it was a last glimpse
of the sun from above the clouds
when i descended down the skies
into the rainy and dark world
but the luminous lamp took me by surprise
when it boastfully announced it was a sun
i knew it said so to please me
i knew it wasn't as bright as the sun would be
but i could feel the light till core of myself
more than what the sun ever soaked me with
yes i realise that the solvent was the love here
yes i realise that the solvent was the friendship here
thank you lamp for sharing your light with the dark me
thank you friend for showing me the blood running in my veins
thats exactly when i heard a voice from behind
hey lamp... can i have some of your light...
what gave me a smile was its shadow behind it in the absence of my light...
